PRODUCT WARRANTY

Customers who have warranty issues with the product should either call us at or reach out to our customer service team via email at sales@upmostoffice.com.

Eureka desks come with a limited, best in class product warranty from the date of purchase for a generous 2-year coverage unless otherwise stated on a specific product page. Any failure from normal use or manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge. A failure is defined as a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user's ability to operate the product as intended.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Repairs: Any failure from normal usage will be repaired free of charge and we will return the product to you directly at our cost. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user's ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free period.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  •  - Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  •  - Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, impact by foreign objects, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, fire or any alterations.
  •  - Use with accessories, connected materials and products, or related products which are not manufactured by Eureka.
  •  - Scratches on a product are not covered by manufacturer's warranty.

          This warranty shall not be extended or restarted upon purchase of installation of any replacement part. Our limited warranty will be invalid if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered or any changing (including removal of any component or external cover).

          RETURNS & REFUNDS

          Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick-up. You must have the original packaging & box and the product must be in 100% resalable condition to receive a full refund or exchange. If the original packaging/box has been destroyed or thrown away, you are responsible for acquiring a new shipping box. Once we receive the return shipment, and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or issue a store credit. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we receive the product for a refund to be issued.

          ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

          Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced under our guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

          DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

          If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at customercare@upmostoffice.com or on the phone. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick up for the damaged or defective product. We will gladly ship out a replacement product or issue a refund/store credit.

          Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?

          In the rare event that your FlexiSpot product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States. We will work with FlexiSpot to ship you replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental United States, you will need to pay the shipping costs.

          What is Not Covered?

          FlexiSpot's limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

          1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
          2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
          3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
          4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.

          The limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).

          How to File a Claim?

          Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at customercare@upmostoffice.com or toll free at 888-688-7288. Make sure you have your sales receipt or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your FlexiSpot or Loctek product.

          30-day Return Policy

          We want you to be completely satisfied with your FlexiSpot purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy. Plus, we provide you with a 30-day, risk-free return policy. Please send us an email with your return request along with your order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We may ask for photos or videos for our records--any you can supply would be much appreciated. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

          General information for all returns:

          1. All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover repairs or part replacement. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
          2. You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number that we issue you.
          3. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
          4. A refund will be issued the next day once the item has been inspected, which may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider.
          5. We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
          6. Orders must have been placed with a legitimate order # from Upmost Office.

           

          HealthPostures — The HealthPostures warranty is extended to the original purchaser/customer and commences on the purchase date from the seller/dealer.  HealthPostures (HP) warrants its TaskMate to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment.

          What is not covered by this warranty:

          • - Normal wear and tear
          • - Alteration or modification of the product
          • - Abuse, misuse, or accident
          • - Damage resulting from shipment or storage

           

          Written notice of the defect must be given to HP within the applicable warranty period.  Any product proven to HP satisfaction to be defective and within warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at HP’s option.  Only HP approved components validate this warranty.  This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement parts installation.  Freight charges to the factory are at the expense of consumer to seller.  No credit will be given for any repairs to damaged or defective items without prior approval of HP.  HP reserves the right to require that any such items be returned to the factory for inspection.


          THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY HP, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MARKETABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.  DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT OR ALTERATIONS ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID.  HP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

          30-day Return Policy

          Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days and receive a full refund of the product purchased, minus 5% for the shipping and handling fee.

          The returned unit must arrive in like new condition. If there are parts missing in the order there may be additional charges. The best way to assure that the unit ships in good condition is to pack the unit in the original box and shipping material. Make sure and keep the original box and packaging materials for 30 days. All returned products will be evaluated and the refund will be processed based on the overall condition of the unit upon return.  The purchaser is responsible for all original and return shipping charges.  All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).  Thus, you must first contact Upmost Office to get the RMA# before the return.

           

          VIVO -- We offer a 3-year warranty and a 90-day money back guarantee on all VIVO products, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Things that could void a warranty with VIVO include physical abuse of the item, improper use, permanent alterations, failure to return all pieces/parts, returns resulting in product damages due to insufficient packaging or swearing/threatening customer support.  Product(s) must be returned in near new, un-used condition and be shipped back in the original package to receive a full refund.  You must have received a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from us and attach the RMA# to your return package before shipping it back to the address we provide to you.

          Please Note: Failure to report items that arrive damaged within 30 days of receipt may result in denial of reimbursement.

          Any product being returned to VIVO must have an RMA number included. Failure to include RMA# may result in delayed processing. If an order has been processed and is not shipped, refund on a cancellation can be requested via email.  In this case, a full amount of the order minus a 5% processing fee of the entire order will be refunded.  Refunds or replacements may take up to 5 to 10 business days from the receipt to be processed. Return shipping charges on items that are ordered in error or no longer needed are non-refundable. VIVO is not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for any return shipments. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed. Any product utilized in food processing must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

          90-day Return Policy

          VIVO accepts returns within 90 days of purchase with a money-back guarantee.  The product would need to returned in new, un-used condition.  If there is any reason other than damage to the item, VIVO would ask that the purchaser to pay for the return shipping; plus a 15% - 20% restocking plus processing fee would be applied.  The purchaser would also need to ship back the product in its original containers and packaging for the safe return of the product.

           

          Emart — All Emart products are backed by a 12-month warranty and we offer a full 30-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee or a free, new replacement product if the product is defective.  If the product is not defective and the customer still wants to return the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping plus a 15% order processing/restocking fee.  Emart warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, provided claims are submitted, in writing, with proof of purchase.

          If any part of its items fails because of a manufacturing defect within the Limited Warranty Period, Manufacturer offers to replace such part(s) provide that such parts have not been improperly repaired, altered, or tampered with or subject to misuse, abuse or exposed to corrosive conditions. This Limited Warranty is, however, subject to certain limitations, exclusions, time limits and exceptions (Hereinafter “Conditions”) as listed below. Read these Conditions carefully.

          This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the replacement or repair of any part(s) which Manufacturer determines, after reasonable examination, to have been defective at the time of manufacturing and manufacturer’s obligation(s) shall be limited to replacement, if any, of defective part(s) which shall be shipped at Original Purchaser’s expense to Original Purchaser’s designated shipping address.

          This Limited Warranty is given to and covers the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY and such coverage terminates Ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

          DAMAGE LIMITATION WARNING: IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) LOSS OF USE OF LODGING EXPENSES, LOSS OF FOOD, LOSS BY DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY OR LOSS OF INCOME, PROFITS OR REVENUE.

          MANUFACTURER’S OBLIGATION: Emart’s liability shall be limited to the delivery of a good, merchantable Product and, if necessary, the repair or replacement, at manufacturer’s option, of any defective part or unit.

          TRANSFER LIMITATIONS: This Limited Warranty is not assignable or transferable. It covers only the original purchaser.

          RESERVED RIGHT TO CHANGE: Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes or improvements to products it produces in the future without imposing on itself any obligations to install the same improvements in the products it has previously manufactured.

          This Limited Warranty gives the Original Purchaser specific legal rights but there may be other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

          This warranty does not cover the following items:

          • Chips or scratches on porcelain or painted surfaces
          • Rust or corrosion is not deemed a manufacturing or materials defect
          • Discoloration or loss of paint due to handling during assembly, heat or cleaning products. Paint may require touch up

           

          Mount-it! This limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 5-Year Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Mount-It! will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use or maintenance. If a defect exists, and Mount-It! is obligated under this warranty, Mount-It! will either (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.  

          WARRANTY PERIOD

          The Warranty Period for Mount-It! products purchased from Mount-It! extends 5 year from the date of purchase. A replacement Mount-It! product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Mount-It! or 5 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

          EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

          This Limited Warranty does not cover products under these conditions:

          1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
          2. Improperly operated devices (eg. Assembled incorrectly, mishandling, over loading, etc.)
          3. No proof of purchase
          4. Items that are unidentifiable by serial number or otherwise
          5. Purchases from unauthorized sellers
          6. Non quality related issues (after 30 days after purchase)
          7. Free products
          8. Lost or Stolen Products

          All product returns for refunds require an authorization from our customer support team here at Upmost Office for Mount-it! products. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization at orders@upmostoffice.com. Returns are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date. Mount-it! will provide pre-paid return shipping labels for defective products and will apply full refund on the purchase price once the product is received at our location. Shipping and handling costs for returns on non-defective items are not refundable. Return shipping for non-defective items is client responsibility.

          If a return request is made for any other reason within 30 days of the original date of purchase, (i.e., buyer's remorse, no longer needed/wanted, accidental orders, etc.), then the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to send the item back to us, and a restock fee is deducted from the refund total. The restock fee is calculated from the initial shipping and handling fee cost, to ship the item to the address on file for the order.

           

          Bush Business Furniture -- 

          • Return Authorization (RMA) is required – Contact orders@upmostoffice.com for one (returns will be accepted and credit will be issued only upon prior written authorization).
          • Cancellations requested after shipment (but before delivery) for product returned undamaged in original, unopened packaging, will be eligible for a refund at 50% of Total Price (to cover outbound and return freight, install, and restock fee).
          • All returns authorized, but not received within 30 days of authorization will be cancelled and no refunds given.
          • We are proud to offer Bush’s quality products with great value to you and your customers. All furniture is thoroughly inspected at several key points in our preparation and delivery process to make sure it is received in good condition. Product received, installed and signed for in good condition is not returnable or cancellable. No refunds are available.
          • In the event that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before the customer takes possession, please notify our Customer Care representative at 1-888-688-7288 or customercare@upmostoffice.com. Arrangements will be made for either a new part or unit to be shipped to replace the defective part/unit, or for a repair technician to come to the customer’s home or office and correct the damage. Please note: our supplier Bush reserves the right to repair or replace furniture as deemed necessary and solely at Bush’s discretion.
